July 2016 the Swiss family Schwyter moved to little Sjömillan! Since then, we have been running this little gem of a place with a lot of energy and joy, consisting of the restaurant business, yurts, B&B, agriculture and a small farm of our own. Welcome to us and take part in our life dream!

Our passionate interest in contemporary and classic cooking methods, combined with a sustainable lifestyle, is at the heart of everything we do in the kitchen and also throughout our farm.
We prefer organic, locally produced seasonal foods and prepare our meals and baked goods from scratch.
When we emigrated we also took our dream of a simpler, more natural life in a yurt with us. Embraced by the cozy room, in front of a fire, protected from the wind and weather but still feeling like "sleeping outside" - for us this is "luxury in a simple way"!
